BQ oncology primary infusion set is developed for cytotoxic drug delivery, with needle free injection and double layer tubing protect drug from UV light. Double chambers, 10 micron filter, special safety roller clamp, Y-injection set, Male luer lock with prime stop. Oncology secondary Infusion sets are used in conjunction with our range of multi-way infusion sets and safety accessories, ensures a safe, closed system. 0.2 micron filter is an option to remove aggregates or particulate material generated during preparation.

Is you oncology set made of PVC free?

We have different types, both PVC and PVC-FREE(TPU)

May I know the rough selling price?

Usually, the 2-way is the widely used type, the selling price around $2/unit FOB Shanghai price, DEHP FREE PVC type, MOQ 30K

What is your leadtime?

4 weeks for component, and 5 weeks for complete sets with artworks and payment ready in advance.

Could you send some samples for checking?

Yes, usually we send 5-10 units samples for free.

Do you sell only the oncology IV set?

Not really, we have oncology priming set, secondary set, preparation set, vial adaptor, needle free valve and closed male luer lock, the whole set of the CSTD products.

Oncology Drug Preparation Demo.

Step 1: Preparation

– Preparation of the treatment under the laminar air flow cabinet

Step 2: Prime line

– Close the venting cap on the spike

– Spike the IV container and prime the line completely

Step 3: Connect Syringe

– Close the Robert clamp

– Disinfect the needle-free valve with 75% alcohol cotton

– Connect the prepared syringe to the needle-free valve

Step 4: Admixture

– Inject the drug into the container

– Mix the drug well

Step 5: Drug preparation

– Drug preparation done

Step 6: Transpotation

– Ready for the transport to the ward

Oncology Drug Application Demo.

Step 1: Spike container

– Close the venting cap on the spike

– Insert spike into the container

– Close roller clamp

-Squeeze the drip chamber to fill the drip chamber by 1/2 volume, open the roller clamp & venting cap, then prime the set completely

– Close robert clamp

Step 2: Prime line

– Close the Robert clamp on the secondary set

– Remove the needle-free valve cap on the primary set and prime stop cap on the secondary set

– Connect the secondary set to needle-free valve

Step 3: Start drug infusion

– Open the Robert clamp on the secondary set to start the drug infusion

Step 4: Flush the primary set

– Drain the drug container, then close the Robert clamp on the secondary set

– Open the Robert clamp on the primary set to flush the primary set

Step 5: Connect second line

– Close the Robert clamp on the primary set

– Open the Robert clamp on the next secondary set

– You can connect up to 4 lines

– Flush the primary set every time you change a secondary set

Step 6: Disposal

– After the last drug infusion is finished, flush the primary set again. The set is ready for disposal as a closed system
