How BQ+ Built 99% On-Time Delivery Reliability

For medical device brands, delivery reliability is not a convenience metric. It is part of supply chain safety. A late component can delay assembly, disrupt launch schedules, and create avoidable pressure across production, quality, and customer service teams.

At BQ+, on-time delivery has become one of the clearest indicators of how our operations have matured. From 2019 to 2025, our average on-time delivery rate improved from 62% to a stable 99% level. Even through Covid-19 disruption in 2020 and the two-month Shanghai shutdown in 2022, the long-term direction was clear: stronger planning, better internal coordination, and more reliable execution.

From recovery to reliability

In 2019, BQ+ recorded a 62% average on-time delivery rate. By 2020, despite the outbreak of Covid-19, the rate improved to 87%. In 2021, it reached 96%.

The biggest stress test came in 2022, when a two-month shutdown in Shanghai affected operations and logistics. That year, the on-time delivery rate fell to 88%. Instead of treating that as a one-time exception, BQ+ used it as a reason to strengthen planning discipline, production coordination, and delivery risk control.

The result was visible in the following years. In 2023, 2024, and 2025, BQ+ maintained a 99% average on-time delivery rate.

2026 continues above the 99% target

In 2026, BQ+ continues to track delivery performance monthly against a 99% target. From January to June, actual monthly performance remained at or above target:

  • January: 100.0%
  • February: 100.0%
  • March: 99.3%
  • April: 99.4%
  • May: 100.0%
  • June: 99.0%

The January-June average is 99.6%, showing that delivery reliability remains stable as BQ+ continues to improve operational processes.

Why on-time delivery matters for medical device partners

Reliable delivery is built before the shipment date. It depends on demand planning, material readiness, production scheduling, quality release, packaging, and logistics coordination working together.

For customers, a 99% on-time delivery level means fewer last-minute escalations, more predictable project timelines, and better confidence when planning launches, replenishment, or customized assembly projects.

A reliable delivery system is a continuous improvement system

BQ+ does not view 99% on-time delivery as the finish line. It is a performance standard that must be protected every month.

In 2026, BQ+ launched an all-employee improvement year, encouraging teams across production, quality, engineering, supply chain, and customer service to identify process gaps and close them faster. The goal is simple: keep delivery reliable while continuing to improve quality, responsiveness, and customer confidence.

For customers looking for a medical component supplier, customized assembly factory, or OEM contract manufacturing partner, BQ+ offers not only manufacturing capability, but also a delivery system designed for reliability.
